To give candidates the confidence and ability to deal with someone suffering from anaphylactic shock. Ideal for parents, babysitters, childcare workers and any workplace first aiders who have someone in the workplace who may suffer from anaphylaxis. The course covers:
- Manage an unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally.
- Manage an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally
- Recognise and manage a casualty with anaphylaxis.
- Demonstrate the safe use of an adrenaline auto-injector using training device
It is possible to complete this course partly online and partly in the face to face’.
Cost includes: course, manual, and where possible tea, coffee and biscuits.
